How It Works
Processing takes 2-3 business days, excluding special events and holidays. Our products are made-to-order, and some require additional time to set and prepare for shipment.

Once ready, we ship via a third-party carrier (e.g., FedEx, USPS, UPS) with an expected delivery time of 2-4 calendar days (excluding USPS Sundays and any business specified possible delays). Unless you select Local Delivery, in which case a member of the Body team will personally deliver it to your door.

Product Return Policy

You can return your purchase within 30 days if you're not satisfied, however, only up to 5% of the product can be used to qualify for the Return Policy.

*Refunds are available for clothing or accessories (excluding insertable or ingestible products) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned in new condition with original packaging. Refunds for treatments, services, classes, and testing depend on individual circumstances otherwise are non-refundable along with their non-refundable deposit (if applicable).

Service/Treatment/Class/Testing Cancellation Policy
​
1. Deposit Terms (if applicable):
​
Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for treatment packages or memberships. This deposit secures your package or membership and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you need to reschedule, you must provide 24 hours' notice. If proper notice is not provided, the deposit may be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
Deposit Validity: Deposits are valid for 90 days. If no appointment is scheduled within this period, the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Payment Terms:
​
Full Payment: Full payment is required before or at the time of your first session. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Installment Plans: For certain packages or memberships, installment payments may be available upon request. Installment plans must be arranged at the time of purchase. If payments are missed, access to treatments may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
Late Payments: A 5% late fee will be charged for payments more than 7 days late. After 30 days of non-payment, the package or membership may be canceled without a refund.

Payment Method: Card on file is required for booking online to secure payment and session.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows:
​
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of the session or a $25 late cancellation fee.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered used, and no refunds or make-ups will be granted.
Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel last minute due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

By purchasing a service or treatment from us, you will be added to a private group related to that service. These service-specific groups are tailored to clients who have received the same treatment, offering a community for ongoing support, tips, and insights.
